Our Family
A light has guided us for generations: the light of the sun gently brushing our vineyards.
And there is a tower that watches from above, with benevolent eyes, as time unfolds — men growing older, children growing tall, new generations breathing fresh life into this generous land. Once, it was our fathers who tended the vines, nurturing the fruit with their sweat and devotion, while our mothers and wives prepared evening suppers and Christmas lunches with love and care.
Today, it is we — together with our children — who care for the vineyards, who follow the wine’s wondrous transformations in the cellar alongside our oenologist, while our grandchildren run freely through the wind. Skilled chefs now create refined dishes with contemporary flavours, yet each one still carries the lingering scent of our grandmothers’ kitchens.
The paintings that hang within the old cellar are part of our daily life — smiling, sometimes sorrowful — yet always certain that their message will endure, passed down and cherished through time. We have been fortunate to remain on this land, never forced to leave it behind. We were given parents who taught us to love beauty. We were fortunate to meet traveling artists who entrusted us with their works and their vision. And in times when, beyond these walls, there is war and loss, we feel it is our duty — our mission — to pass this message on to our children and to all those who honour us with their presence.

Our cuisine is a story of Sicily — woven from fragrance, memory, and passion. Each dish is born from the dialogue between sea and land, between tradition and innovation, with a constant devotion to the quality of our ingredients and the rhythm of the seasons.
We believe in simplicity as the highest form of elegance, and in authenticity as a promise of truth. In every plate, you will discover the true flavours of the Mediterranean, thoughtfully reinterpreted with care and respect — an experience that speaks of home, of light, and of emotion.
The wines
Our wines are born from a constant dialogue between land, sunlight, and sea. Each bottle reveals a different expression of Sicily: the strength of the sun, the breeze rising from the Mediterranean, and the quiet patience of time.
Among the vines, the tower, and the unhurried rhythm of Sicily
Spend a day in the countryside alongside our oenologist, walking through the vineyard rows, with the opportunity to join in the harvest or the careful pruning of the vines.
Taste our Chardonnay directly from the barriques as it slowly matures before bottling, or our Nero D’Avola freshly drawn from the large casks.
Climb to the top of the tower, like the guardians of old, and take in a landscape that stretches from Sciacca, at the foot of Mount Kronio, to the sea and the legendary Selinunte — from there, watching over our vineyards and olive groves.
Visit the 18th-century cellar, now our tasting room, and await the creations of our chef, who prepares traditional Sicilian dishes thoughtfully paired with our wines. All this — and much more — awaits you.

We cultivate our land with respect, embracing sustainable methods and a conscious use of resources. For us, caring for the environment means safeguarding today what we wish to pass on to future generations.
VIVA certification
Is a program of the Italian Ministry for the Environment and Energy Security, created to promote sustainability in the Italian wine sector. The program aims to establish a production model that respects the environment and enhances the territory, protecting the quality of Italian wines while strengthening their presence on international markets.

Getting married among the vines and olive trees of our estate is a dream come true. An authentic place where nature embraces love, and every detail tells the story of Sicily at its most genuine. Beneath the shade of our olive grove, surrounded by fragrance, light, and silence, memories are created to last a lifetime.
