HOW IT LOOKS

Slightly hazy appearance, intense and bright green in colour.

It has a medium-high fluidity and density and the aroma is of green olives with fresh scents of grass, artichokes and green tomatoes.

Harvest period: October – November

Storage: In steel containers.

Acidity: < 0.2%
