Red wine obtained from pure Tannat grapes.
The grapes, harvested in September, were vinified in stainless steel, aged for 16 months in stainless steel and 4 months in bottle. It is a well-structured and full-bodied wine, balanced, with acidity, alcohol, and tannins in perfect harmony.

Pairs well with grilled meats (even rare), smoked vegetables, marinated foods, very spicy and structured dishes, and very tasty blue cheeses.

Soils: silty-clayey with a sub-alkaline reaction and the presence of small quantities of total limestone, rich in nutrients (potassium, magnesium, calcium, iron, manganese, zinc).
