Our idea of cuisine is born from the desire to tell the story of Sicily through its flavours. At Cantine De Gregorio, among olive trees and rows of grapevines, each dish resonates with the surrounding nature: genuine ingredients, traditional recipes, and the scent of the sea blending with that of the earth.
