The pleasant crisp wind, golden leaves falling down from the trees, pumpkin season: Sicilian autumn is still blessing us with amazing days. What best way to pass them if not here at the winery, enjoying a relaxing day with food and wine?

After an extremely intense summer, we are finally slowing down to go back to focus on what’s next on the agenda.
We have literally reaped the fruits of the work we have done last winter during an incredibile harvest, which couldn’t end better. While we wait patiently that the wines go through the refining process, we listen to the olives’ picking taking place as we speak and we look forward to be surprised once again in March by the new wines.

Meanwhile, during the week end we are opening the doors of our restaurant and our winery for wine tastings.
You can taste our Chef Christian’s delights from the menù à la carte, combining them with our wines, or you can book a guided visit of the winery, where you’ll be sampling the wines directly from the tanks.
If you choose the latter, the wine tasting experience, Christian will choose the dishes for you and our staff will pair them up with our wines for the best flavor combination.
