The wine is a perfect match with all roasted baked or grilled red meat, ando also with braised meat. It is excellent with game meat and seasoned cheese. It can be drunk straight away or opened an hour before drinking with a recommended serving temperature of 16 -18°C.

Soils: slity, clayey, reaction sub-alkaline with presence of total limestone in poor quantities, rich of nutritional elements( potassium, magnesium, calcium, iron, zinc).
A red wine only made with Nero d’Avola grapes. The harvesting takes place in September. The grapes are distilled in steel vats and then aged for 6 months in barrel and further 6 months in the bottle.
Haris is famous for its fullness and balance of alcohol and tannins.
The colour of the wine is deep ruby, with light purple reflections. Red berries, vanilla, sweet tobacco and light balsamic nuances are the characteristics perceptible to the palate. It is elegant and at the same time intensive. Its acidity and flavor bring out a pleasant velvety tannins, which make it extremely long and persistent. In the final they perceive woody notes derived from the oak barrels tannins.
