It can be matched with a variety of starters, chees not much seasoned, fried vegetables and fried fish like squid rings. It is perfectly accompanied with first vegetarian dishes and strong taste roasted fish. The wine should be served in a medium size glass, opened at the moment, and it is excellent at a temperature of 10-12°C.

Grillo is a wine with a strong Sicilian connotation and distinct personality. It is an immediate pleasure for the palate. The flavor and the minerality of this wine are the result of the genetic wealth of the production area and of the proximity of the sea that influences the evolution.
It is a wine with a soft colour, a sort of straw yellow with green highlights. It is distinguished by its complexity and aromatic richness, ranging from floral flavor (jasmine, broom) to the fresh notes of citrus due to grapefruit. For our taste it presents a good structure, fine and elegant, but also integrated with a good and a remarkable sourness. The notes of citrus are evident for our taste and persist for a long time.
